COORS BREWERS PHOENIX 15 COMPETITION
Welcome to the site of the North Staffordshire & District Cricket League. Established in 1889 we are the second-oldest cricket league in the country.After the loss of our clubs to an expanding rival local league it was decided to keep this historic league in operation by changing to a mid-week twenty/20 type competition. Thus the Phoenix 15 was born.
FINALS DAY 2009 WILL TAKE PLACE ON SUNDAY 23RD AUGUST AT THE GROUND OF THE WINNERS OF ZONE B.
The League has adopted "The Cheshire Academy for Integrated Sports & Arts" as this year's charity which will receive the proceeds from gate money and the raffle on Finals Day.
The next League Meeting takes place on Wednesday 1st July 2009 at Newcastle & Hartshill CC at 7.30pm
